To limit your submission to Capitol Grilling, please select Capitol Grilling from the Publishing Target menu. Selecting a specific target for publication restricts our editors from publishing the works in alternate sources in the event the submitted content is rejected for the requested target.

1. Grant of Rights:

Author grants to Zeroflux Virtual Reality, Inc. non-exclusive, and perpetual, worldwide right to the publication of Works submitted by the author for use on-line at Publisher's main web sites and syndicated pages built by the Publisher for client and partner web sites.

2. Retention of Rights:

Author retains all rights except as granted to Zeroflux Virtual Reality, Inc. in Section 1 above.

3. Fees:

The fee for the Work will be $0 (the "Fee"). Author understands and agrees that no monetary compensation is offered for the use of any material submitted under this agreement.

4. Acknowledgement:

Zeroflux Virtual Reality, Inc. agrees to always acknowledge Author as the creator of the Work.

5. Acceptance:

Your Work must be delivered complete and in a format that is acceptable to Zeroflux Virtual Reality, Inc. The publisher reserves the right to adapt or edit the Work or create derivative works and associated branding as it deems appropriate. All Work is subject to final acceptance by the Publisher.

6. Representation:

Author represents and warrants to Publisher that: (1) the Work is original and that the Author is the sole creator of the Work and has full power and authority to enter into this Agreement; (2) the Work has not been previously published anywhere in whole, or in part; (3) the Work does not, and if published will not, infringe upon any copyright, trademark or other right of any third party; and (4) the Work is true and contains no matter that is defamatory. The Author agrees to cooperate with Zeroflux Virtual Reality, Inc. in its defense of any action related to the Work. In addition, Author agrees to indemnify and hold the Publisher harmless from any and all claims, losses and expenses that are a result of Author's breach of the foregoing representations.

7. Independent:

Author agrees that he/she is an independent contractor and not an employee or agent of Zeroflux Virtual Reality, Inc or Capitol Grilling, LLC. Author also agrees that he/she may not bind the Publisher to any agreement or liabilities and that the Author is solely responsible for paying any taxes, costs, or expenses related to his/her Work.

8. Assignment:

Author may not assign any of Author's rights under this Agreement. Zeroflux Virtual Reality, Inc. may assign its rights in this Agreement with written notice to Author.

9. Miscellaneous:

Author agrees that this is the entire Agreement between Author and Zeroflux Virtual Reality, Inc. related to the Work and that this Agreement supersedes all previous agreements and understandings related to the Work. This Agreement may not be amended, or modified nor may any term of this Agreement be waived except by a subsequent writing signed by Author and Zeroflux Virtual Reality, Inc. Any disputes related to this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
